ICATOR - International Coalition against Electronic Torture & Robotization of living beings
Dear Members,
Dear Victims,
Dear ICATOR supporters,
It has now been quite a while that I have addressed you by a video message.
The reasons for this temporary silence are threefold :
1. It is because I am involved in various legal disputes based on my role as ICATOR President. By conducting these proceedings, which cost me a lot of time, energy and money, I am also defending the rights of the victims of remote influencing technologies and in particular our members.
2. I had and still have to deal with various health issues caused by my victimization with these non-consented devices and technologies, which is extremely painful and debilitating at times.
3. As most of you know, I am working tirelessly at setting up a medical clinic for victims of remote torture and to ensure recognition of our problem at the international level. Negotiations are underway with the United Nations so that ICATOR through my voice, accompanied by one or two criminal justice attorneys, can give a presentation on the United Nations premises, which will be video-taped.
The above-mentioned are our priority projects for 2025. However, we have, to this day, not succeeded in raising sufficient funds to ensure their realization, nor to honour our general running costs, as many members have not yet paid their 2025 membership fee. One generous donation was made from Spain for which we would like to thank the donor. However, this is not sufficient to cover present and future expenditure.
Following various changes on the ICATOR board of directors, our association’s files have to be updated and these changes need to be published in the Belgian Official Journal called the Moniteur belge.
These publications are rather costly, but they are a legal necessity. We therefore ask our members and donors to support us financially so we can honour these legal obligations.
Please be reminded that you can support ICATOR in clicking on the membership and donations section of the ICATOR website icator.be. You can either choose the crowdfunding option via fundrazr or make a bank transfer. You will find all the bank details on our website.
Thank you in advance. As you know, it is crucial for our association to be able to honour our financial obligations towards our suppliers as well as fund our present and future projects to reach our organizational goals.
It is literally vital for our members and all the victims of this war crime worldwide to find a juridical and/or political solution for this non-consensual human experimentation to be internationally recognized. The victims have a fundamental right to be treated as victims, false mental health diagnosis have to be deconstructed, compensation as well as medical treatment for the psychological as well as physical harm needs to be ensured.
Perpetrators of this technology-based crime against humanity need to be held morally as well as juridically accountable.
Please help us to ensure that the above will happen in supporting ICATOR in our daily work.
Thank you.
Good – bye.
